Do something other than your work. Find anything that you like to do, and take a few minutes out of your daily routine to do it.
6.Have a distraction-free time each day
You can start your day without any distractions. Enjoy eating your breakfast or your trip to work. You can see how starting your day like this gives you a good feeling.
Now, take another 5 minutes distraction-free each day.
7.Turn off for the day
It is always tempting to check your emails and reply to each one, post another Facebook or Twitter update, or do those reports even at the end of the day. Those things can wait for tomorrow.
8.Invest in yourself
Don’t beat yourself up or be too hard on yourself. Drop all the guilt of taking care of yourself first. When you invest in yourself, you’re also investing in your health, family, career, business and everyone around you.
Commit to enriching yourself and see the wonderful benefits that it brings to your life in general.
Remember that you have to take care of yourself. You don’t have a personal life and a business life. The truth is, you really only have ONE life. Unless you take good care of yourself, it’s going to be hard for you to take care of your business.
